Delivery & Returns
We use trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services to deliver our packages. You can expect your order to arrive within 1–3 business days for local deliveries and 4–9 business days for international deliveries.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don’t worry if the tracking doesn’t update right away — it usually takes up to 24 hours for the system to register a new shipment.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days (local) or 14 business days (international), please contact us at support@lysaritual.com, and we will follow up with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
