Payment
LysaRitual accepts online payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
Payments will only be debited from your account once the physical product is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
Pre-orders
For pre-orders, payment will be debited from your account before the physical product is shipped. This helps streamline production and ensures express delivery from the nearest warehouse, so you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Cancellation & Modification of Your Order
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before receiving your package, it may be possible if you contact us quickly. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation or modification can be processed, as it depends on whether the order has already been packed in our warehouse.
We typically pack orders within one hour of purchase, so modifications or cancellations are rarely possible after that point. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming your order.
If the order has already been packed and you still wish to cancel, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds are reserved on your card or account until:

All amounts on the website include VAT/sales tax where applicable.

LysaRitual will ship your package from the warehouse closest to your location. You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home or chosen pickup point.

Try the product for a full 60 days, following our recommended usage instructions, and if you don’t see visible results, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To qualify for the guarantee:
You must use the product consistently for 60 days as instructed.
Refund requests can be made after the 60th day of receiving the product, but no later than 80 days after receiving the product.
You may be asked to provide supporting evidence, such as before-and-after photos or a usage log.
Our guarantee is designed to give you the time and opportunity to truly test the product. We are confident you’ll love your results — and if not, we’ve got you covered.
Returns
If you regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you are covered by the right of withdrawal and are entitled to a refund — no proof of results required.
You are responsible for handling the return shipment yourself, including covering all return costs.
Returns must be sent directly to one of LysaRitual’s approved warehouse addresses (contact us at support@lysaritual.com for the correct return address).
Returns delivered to parcel shops or collection points will not be accepted.
To help us identify your return, please print and include the Standard Withdrawal Form inside the package. You can request this form by emailing us at support@lysaritual.com.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method once we have received and inspected your return. Please note we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you provide documentation confirming that the item has been shipped back.
Returned to Sender (RTS)
Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to delivery failure are considered Returned to Sender (RTS). This may occur if the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if the courier is unable to complete the delivery after multiple attempts.
If an RTS occurs due to customer error, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Once the item is successfully received at our warehouse, we can arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense, using updated shipping details.
If the returned item cannot be recovered (for example, if discarded by the courier), we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Refund Requests for Lost or Missing Parcels
For refund requests relating to lost or missing parcels (including cases where tracking shows “Delivered” but the item was not received), customers must provide a Certificate of Loss (or equivalent confirmation) issued by the shipping carrier.
Refunds may be delayed or denied if this documentation is not submitted within 14 days of your request.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on all of LysaRitual’s products. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing.
If your claim is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive store credit, or get a discount, depending on the situation.
Complaints regarding defects must be reported to LysaRitual within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered (two months is considered reasonable). If your claim is justified, we will also refund reasonable shipping costs.
